Spotlessly clean hotel, affable staff with great customer service. The rooms are inviting, good and excellant location.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with comfortable beds and a good view. The location was convenient, right off the highway, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety.

By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in Urbandale, had much fun and met affable staff with great customer service. Booked great-sized room that was kept clean.

The size of the room at Hampton Inn was perfect for my needs, with two spacious queen beds. The heating and cooling system worked flawlessly, and there were plenty of pillows for extra comfort. I also enjoyed the nice view from the room.

I must mention that there were a few drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, the door leading to the refrigerator was broken, and the sliding door in the room did not provide enough privacy.

I loved the spaciousness of the room and the peace of mind that came with the clean seal on the door. Knowing that it was a new and clean hotel made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff I encountered at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, despite being multitasking between the front desk and breakfast service. Their exceptional customer service really made a positive impact on my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently close to everything in town.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious, and the staff at the breakfast counter was friendly and accommodating. The view from the hotel was also enjoyable, adding to the overall pleasant stay.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, especially during the night. People were talking loudly in the halls, doors were being slammed, and there were several disturbing noises.

The value for the money was great at the Hampton Inn in Urbandale. The room was spacious, clean, and inviting. The location was excellent, right off the highway, making it easy to access. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and provided great customer service.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Booked clean and inviting room that was kept clean. I found the hotel's location comfy and great, just off restaurants, great walking trails and eateries. I tried some drinks at bar The Beerhouse, located 15 minutes walk away😀
